Your tasks
- Business Development: Maximize product presence and increase sales in mass retail.
- Store Management and Support: Ensure product placement, highlighting, and in-store activation.
- National Collaboration: Work in synergy with national buying groups and retailers to strengthen sales momentum.

You are our future Area Manager if:
- You have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education in business and significant field experience in a similar role.
- You enjoy being in the field, being active, and proactively meeting with clients.
- You are willing to travel regularly across a large geographical area, with overnight stays when necessary.
- You have already demonstrated your skills as a Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales Representative.

National Key Account for Food Service
As part of the development of our business with the Foodservice Industry (RHF), we are recruiting a National Key Account Manager for the Foodservice Industry responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with the main national players in the market.
This position is part of a hybrid approach, effectively combining:
A sedentary activity (analysis, negotiation, preparation of calls for tenders, account management, internal coordination)
A mobile activity (client visits, strategic meetings, trade shows, field support).

Regular travel throughout the national territory is to be expected.
Your tasks
- Develop and retain a portfolio of key national foodservice accounts.
- Build and implement annual business plans with strategic clients.
- Conduct national commercial negotiations in accordance with company policy.
- Respond to tenders and requests for proposals from major foodservice operators.
- Monitor sales performance and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.
- Actively monitor developments in the foodservice market and regulations.
- Represent the company at trade shows and professional events. The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
Education and experience
- Higher education in business or agri-food (Bachelor's 3 to Master's 5).
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a sales role with major accounts or key accounts.
- Significant and successful experience in the out-of-home catering (OOH) sector.
- Good knowledge of institutional catering networks, commercial catering, or specialized distributors.
Required skills
- Proficiency in key account negotiation techniques.
- Ability to manage complex projects and handle multiple decision-making stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent command of office software and CRM tools.
- High level of autonomy, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in project mode and across departments.
Essential knowledge
- Good understanding of the regulatory and commercial environment related to the EGAlim law and its evolutions.
- Understanding of the issues of contracting, product quality, supply and sustainability in the food service markets.
- Knowledge of tendering mechanisms and decision-making processes in institutional catering.
