Founded in 2000 by Bernard Thibaut in the Toulouse region,
"When I started, kebabs weren't as widespread. Today, France is the second largest consumer of kebabs in Europe, after Germany."
then established in Saint-Lô in Normandy in 2005,
"Following the closure of the Moulinex factory, a unit was created to approach companies to bring activity back to the area. We were attracted by the local agri-food business incubator and therefore agreed to set up in Saint-Lô.

Today, Inélis is a leader in the distribution of kebab slices, skewers, and breads to both the out-of-home food service sector (sandwich shops, kebab shops, pizzerias, brasseries) and large retailers. We continuously develop and innovate through gluten-free, preservative-free, additive-free, or plant-based ranges, as well as in line with new culinary trends.
